Terms and Conditions

By purchasing jewellery from Stick+Stone Jewellery, you are agreeing to the following conditions.


All items are handmade and are in current stock so will be dispatched the next working day unless you are informed otherwise.  If the item is for a special date or event, please let us know.

All care is taken to send out each piece in perfect condition. We send items via Australia Post to local and international destinations.  We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.  Please ensure that you supply the correct postal details. 


Stick+Stone Jewellery may be soaked in warm soapy/detergent water and brushed with soft toothbrush to clean. Then rub silver parts with a silver cloth or similar polishing cloth. Ultrasonic cleaning not recommended.

Glass will shatter if dropped on a hard surface.  Try to take jewellery on and off while sitting on a bed, or around soft, close surfaces like leaning over a bench/table (ie not tiled/concrete floors!)

Returns and exchange

If you are unhappy with your item, it can be exchanged free of charge (excluding postage and handling costs) for another item or a credit note. The piece must be returned to us within 14 days of original purchase. Returned pieces MUST be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with a purchase receipt and original packaging.


A refund will be given as a last resort if the piece received is faulty. We cannot offer refunds for items lost or damaged in the post or simply for change of mind.  Refunds are only possible within 30 days of original purchase. If a piece is deemed faulty after 30 days of original purchase it may be eligible for a free repair.


Free repairs (excluding postage and handling fees) are offered on pieces deemed damaged due to poor craftsperson-ship. Anything beyond fair wear and tear can be repaired for a small fee mutually agreed on by us and the customer.  I encourage repair for sustainability and am happy to only charge a small fee for replacement or repair in most cases.
