These elegant earrings are made from recycled heritage windows, old bottles and artisans’ offcuts combined with 100% recycled sterling silver. They have a safety catch hook.
Sea Jewels earrings are inspired by beachglass and the natural process that transforms this waste material. Years of tumbling in sand and sea wears away the drunken edges of shards so they resemble something neither synthetic nor wholly natural. I have reduced this process to a few days and nights of tumbling in a rubber barrel attached to an electric motor. Sshhh…
